Alleys of Seoul

Anyone who comes to Seoul for the first time can easily get an impression that the city is all about futuristic skyscrapers, K-Pop culture and massive mega malls. Tourists flock to neon-lit markets filled with every brand that exists and offering endless food options.

In Seoul however, its worth getting off the beaten path. Instead of following the tourist guide, delve deeper into the side alleys. Explorers will be rewarded with cozy narrow streets, quaint shops and family cafes that existed there for many years. You probably won’t find branded boutiques here but you’ll see a calmer, more thoughtful and, perhaps, more authentic side of Seoul.
